Stuart Graham

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Stuart Graham - Director - Millbank Creative

Stuart has been in the political and public sector communications industry for 13 years and has provided strategic guidance on brand, digital and social media for an array of individuals and organisations, including the very highest levels of national Government.

Stuart brings experience working on marketing and communications campaigns for a number of high-profile brands including Volkswagen, Boots, Waitrose & Debenhams.

He has developed a particular focus on transforming how the public sector communicates with the public, having worked with Parliamentary candidates, Members of Parliament, Ministers, Police & Crime Commissioners, local authorities and Government departments. He has secured many campaign successes using his advanced digital content strategy.

Stuart is a former Chief of Staff to an MP in the House of Commons and supported the Secretary of State and Ministers in the Department for Health & Social Care at the height of the Coronavirus health crisis.

In 2009, he was invited to be part of a UK Trade and Investment delegation to Chengdu and Chonqqing, China, to promote British business in China’s economically vibrant southwestern province of Sichuan.

James Clark

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

James is an experienced campaigner and senior Parliamentary communications adviser and leads our account management division.

James co-founded Conservative Friends of the Armed Forces in 2019. He served from 2009 to 2015 as a Regular Infantry Officer in the Mercian Regiment of the British Army. He conducted two tours of Afghanistan (one of which was featured on BBC's Our War).

Since leaving the Army as a full-time officer, James has been a Reserve Officer with the London Regiment. James worked in Parliament as a Communications Adviser and at Conservative Party headquarters prior to his military career. In 2016 he was elected Lewisham and Deptford Conservative Association Chairman and stood twice in local Government elections.

In 2017 and again in 2019, he stood as the Conservative Candidate in Islington North against then Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn.

As well as insightful political and public affairs knowledge, particularly in the Defence space, James brings a wealth of military planning and project management experience to lead our team of account managers in their quest to transform the way our clients communicate with their audiences.
